The Eastern Cape Music Awards 2015 (ECMAS) is concept conceived in 2011 by Koko Godlo's KK Production.
The Eastern Cape Music Awards is an Initiative to promote the Eastern Cape born and bred music artists and also to put our province at a competitive level in terms of developing, producing, and marketing, to curb migration of artists to other provinces to seek fame and glory (i.e. Gauteng: Johannesburg; KZN: Durban).
